I’ve tried playing, but unfortunately I can only do so on my phone, and switching to the desktop version doesn’t help with the text being cut off. I totally understand it takes time to get everything smooth on all versions! I just figured I’d give the heads up on the desktop view not working, either, on iOS, in case that impacts future coding
Hey so far it seems like a great game but I’m playing on mobile and all of the text is shifted to the left so most words are cut off making it hard to see. I tried to zoom out and it had no effect.
Are you using Chrome and landscape mode? That might be the issue, bc they don't seem to work for itch.io in general. It works for me in firefox on an android. Other than that, I can't think of anything and you'll just have to wait, I'm sorry!
Having my character being mute was an interesting take compared to the other games out there. I also love how the perspective of the story changes from person to person but still choose choices for the character I play. I'll definitely be back for the updates.
I won't lie, I havn't been enchanted by a demo for quite some time like I was with yours. I love the fact that you get to choose 'unnatural' hair and eye colors. I love the fact that I can choose to have my MC speak or not.
The story of King Arthur was one of my favorites growing up so now playing a version of it makes me incredibly happy. Your writing style is easy to read and I think it's why its also so eady to get into the story.
And as noted by RainyNight, seeing the MC through others eyes makes the story greater.
I can't await seeing what will happen next in the story as well as looking forwards to the next update.
PS: Do I get to choose the MC's age at some point? Or is it set and I just overlooked it?
I really, really love your demo! I enjoyed reading through it very much, but it was waaay to short :3
The premise of the story is promising, your writing makes it very easy to instantly get immersed in it.
Especially the perspective of the other characters is very interesting. Seeing my MC through their eyes and getting an idea how they feel about the arrival defently enriches the experience.
Thank you for your hard work, I can't wait for the next update :)

Just set your view settings from mobile to browser view, that way you should be able to zoom at will until Kal had time to edit the layout!

I love the option to be mute. I'm not legit mute but have pretty bad selective mutism, so it's nice to functionally represent it in a game :)
I really love the first part of the chapter. It's very easy to read and I love the impact the choices already have. I sincerely can't wait for more.
